Terms:
Our fee for an initial consultation is $350.
Our initial consultation lasts up to one hour.
We will run a conflict check prior to scheduling the consultation. If we discover a conflict, we will let you know that we are unable to meet with you. If there is a conflict, you will receive a full refund.
Our attorney can only meet with you. We cannot meet with you and your spouse.
Once a consultation has been scheduled, we reserve the right to bill the full consultation fee for any cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled meeting. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
